A Narc’s Tale: VOL. 1 begins with a brief biography of the author and life-changing experiences which lead to his career choice. The book then takes an abrupt twist as he is thrust unexpectedly into a full-time undercover assignment as a city cop, having no undercover training. Trial and error and on-the-job training leads to extensive knowledge of various drugs, dealers, and trade secrets of deep undercover operations. Walking away alive each day becomes the main focus while dealing with convicted cop killers, gang members, drug addicts, and many life-and-death situations. After a year undercover and successfully taking out over 130 drug dealers, the author was then recruited to work undercover by a large Sheriff’s Office in their Vice & Narcotics Unit.
