The Institute of Global Integrity & Leadership (IGIL) was founded to prepare law enforcement professionals for every level of leadership — from first-line supervisors to chiefs of police. Our instructors have trained tens of thousands of officers and leaders across 30+ nations, from inspector generals of national police forces to frontline patrol officers beginning their careers.
